Your office, a design showroom, or a partner venue. We bring everything — ingredients, ceramics, aprons, and the right atmosphere.

Hands On, From Scratch

Folding, pressing, rolling, dipping. Every step made from scratch — no shortcuts, no kits. The process is exactly the point.

Take Home a Piece

& Pastry Workshop

Ghoriba, fekkas, chebakia — made entirely from scratch. Ground almonds, orange blossom, sesame, honey. Guests leave with a box of what they made.

About Sara

I'm Sara — Moroccan, Londoner, and the person who makes every single thing from scratch at every Safrah workshop.

Growing up in Morocco, everything was made by hand. The cookies, the bread, the pastries, the stuffed dates. There were no shortcuts — and the results were extraordinary. When I brought that same approach to London, to colleagues, to a university, to an architecture firm, the reaction was always the same: people go absolutely crazy for it.

Not because it's "exotic." Because it's genuinely made — with real ingredients and real hands — and you can taste exactly that. Safrah exists to bring that experience to London's corporate and creative community. Directly, honestly, beautifully.
